Dear Parents,
It's time to let us know how you would like your name to appear in our "WHO'S WHO" DIRECTORY. Please fill out the form below and return it in your Tuesday Envelope by Friday, September 14.
For those of you who are new at St. Joseph's, the "WHO'S WHO" is a listing of administrators, teachers, staff, and coordinators of various groups and activities, plus the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all families registered in our school. It is a most helpful and handy guide!
As a courtesy to you, we will omit the printing of your address and/or phone number only if the disclaimer section of the form is so noted and returned no later than September 14th.
NOTE: This directory is for adult use only. Distribution is limited solely to school parents, faculty, and staff. It may not be used for any purpose which is not approved by the school administration.
So that we might meet our projected distribution date, please complete the form and return it as quickly as possible.
