SJC Honors Donors at Mass of Gratitude

Our annual Mass of Gratitude was offered on Thursday, April 24, 2008, and it was a wonderful celebration in which we honored those who so generously give to our Development Fund, Scholarship Funds, and Special Project Funds.

Your children joined Monsignor Milani in being prayer leaders. They served as lectors, altar servers, offertory presenters, liturgical dancers, and choir members. In addition, they were so gracious as they shared the "sign of peace" with our guests of honor, while also presenting simple "thank you" gifts to these guests.

Our Performance Choir sang beautifully for the congregation during and after the Mass. Then the children continued to be a part of this special day by being servers at the reception.

The guests of honor are so touched by the genuine gratitude of our community, by the respectfulness and appreciation of our children, and by the Gospel values our community tries to live by each and every day. As always, we offered our greatest gift of all to our guests - our promise to keep them in our prayers.

We also extend a huge thank you to all of the adults who worked with our children in preparation for this special Mass - Mrs. Do, Mrs. Belloni, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs. Santos.
