Time Capsule Burial

We filled, blessed, and buried our 50th ANNIVERSARY TIME CAPSULE on June 4, 2007 at morning assembly. Each grade and subject area class presented items to be placed in the Time Capsule. In addition, we added school-wide items, representing our 50th Anniversary Celebrations, our SPARCCLS, our Reach-Out Program, and the many fun and meaningful events we share together here at SJC. We included a beautiful full group school picture which Mr. Rom Pereira took at the beginning of the Assembly (he then headed off to the Computer Lab, printed it up, and brought it back in time for us to include it in the Time Capsule). It was a wonderful way to bring our anniversary year to a close. We will leave messages for the SJC School Community of 2016-2017 so they can unearth it and discover what life was like in the "good old days" of 2006-2007.
