At St. Joseph of Cupertino, our student learning expectations are encapsulated in the acronym, SPARCCLS.  It is our goal to constantly grow in being Spiritual, Peaceful, Academically Prepared, Respectful, Confident, Community-Oriented, Life Long Learners, and Strong Communicators.  We celebrate our growth in SPARCCLS during school wide prayer services, during which “school families” meet and discuss how they have set and met their goals in each of our SPARCCLS.  These “families” are made up of students from every grade, with the 8th grader being the leader in the family.

In May, our 8th graders passed on this torch of leadership to our 7th graders, and prayed that they would continue to foster our SPARCCLS throughout the coming year.
