These Committee Chairpersons met regularly throughout the year, and put in an enormous number of hours to ensure the success of our event. We also thank each of you for volunteering for your three family shifts. Your support makes all the difference, and we hope you had a great time visiting with people you know and meeting new parents. In addition, many other parishioners, alumni, extended family members, friends, teachers, and staff joined in to work. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all and our sincere apologies if somebody's name was left off this list. Please, please let us know if we omitted a name.

A few special notes to all of these Committee Chairpersons from Chris Valdez:
-Please compile your year-end reports and submit your committee binder as soon as possible.
-Let the Carnival Chairpersons know if you will be staying on as a Committee Chairperson next year.
-Mark your calendar for a Carnival Committee Celebration Dinner at Chevy's in Westgate on Thursday, October 27. This date is tentative and will be confirmed soon.

Many thanks to those who have responded to our CARNIVAL SURVEY. Our Chairpersons will be reviewing these. We know they appreciate all of your messages of gratitude and that they will be taking your suggestions into consideration.

Our CAR RAFFLE WINNER was THE CHAMDANI FAMILY, and they chose to take the 2006 Mercedes automobile. We are very happy for them.

The General Raffle Prize winners were:

  • FIRST PRIZE ($1,000): The Saenz Family
  • SECOND PRIZES (Cell Phones): The Fraass Family and The Jasso Family
  • THIRD PRIZE (Get-Away Package): The Teas Family

We apologize for not being able to provide financial information about the profit from our Carnival at this time. We still have some facts and figures to confirm. Although we took in more money this year due to our large crowds, we only received a little bit over $20,000 in sponsorships this year as opposed to over $40,000 last year. Before we announce our final profit, we want to make sure that we have accounted for all income and expenses. Thank you for your patience.
